Unique and funny Labrador Retriever Artwork featuring Labrador Bathing in the Beach in Summer painted in 2012 by Naomi Ochiai. There's a funky Chocolate Labrador with tall straw hat and funny shades. He/she is chatting something to his/her Black Labrador friend. We can't see his/her expression, though, he/she is watching beautiful sea view and feeling Summer Breeze from the sea, maybe. Meanwhile, a Yellow Labrador enjoys reading on his/her belly with his/her favorite drink... orange juice or something. His/her taste of fashion is questionable. And there are two Black Labrador Brothers (sisters) playing with sand. They look so happy! Pink and white beach parasol and colorful beach towel makes the picture look delightful. ~The Rainbow Bridge~
Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they each miss someone very special, someone who was left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; his eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly, he breaks from the group, flying over the green grass, faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into those trusting eyes, so long gone from your life, but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together…

Happy Dancing Labradors at the Rainbow Bridge
I always love Happy Labradors literally. So, I want them to be happy as well at the Rainbow Bridge.
This is my concept of my Labrador Rainbow Bridge Art.
Someday, suddenly, you receive a letter from your Labrador Angel at the Rainbow Bridge. The message is “Mom! Can you see me? I’m dancing!!”. You would be surprised and then be smiling with tears, I think.
My beloved Labrador Noiraud always tried to surprise me and my husband… 🙂 He didn’t like to see me crying at any rate.

Trotting Labrador Angels at the Rainbow Bridge
Do you believe in Labrador Angels at the Rainbow Bridge?
People love their pets (dogs and cats, etc) and enjoy happy life with them for ten to twenty years. But someday, we are forced to say good bye to them eventually. This is one of the saddest events in people’s life.
Do you need something comforting and beautiful memorial for your Labradors?
Losing pets is so heartbreaking but sadness can’t darken our beautiful memories with pets, I think. When I remember my Black Labrador, I’d like to think that he is happy and smiling at the Rainbow Bridge just like he had been here in this world with me and my husband…
